to beautiful Lakeview Park on September 11th, 12th and
13th.

Ribfest and find out what all the excitement is about.
This September 11th, 12th
and 13th (the weekend after Labour Day)
the 89-year-old Rotary Club of Oshawa will host the
8th annual Oshawa Rotary Ribfest. Featuring 11 of the
best U.S and Canadian “ribbers” and a wide
variety of vendors, this weekend event will be held
at the scenic Lakeview Park on the waterfront in Oshawa.

Free
admission and parking plus a full lineup of non-stop
entertainment are highlights of Ribfest. Along with
of course the scrumptious barbecue pork ribs and other
foods for sale from ribbers and a variety of vendors
and a licensed beer garden. Oshawa Rotary Ribfest offers
fun for the whole family with children’s activities
including a midway and much more throughout the weekend.
This
great weekend starts at noon on Friday,
September 11th and runs until midnight.
Things start cooking again on Saturday,
September 12th at 11 a.m. and go until
midnight. On Sunday, September
13th, Ribfest cooks from 11 a.m. to
7 p.m.
Back
by popular demand to entertain visitors to Ribfest will
be Tom Hayes (Friday),
the Dan Clancy
band and Two for the Show
(Saturday). As well, the All
Star Legends tribute artists will be
featured Saturday afternoon. See our entertainment section

Jonas Brothers “Tribute”
band (Sunday)!
Bring
your appetite, your family and your friends to the 8th
annual Oshawa Rotary Ribfest and sample some of the
best barbecued ribs and sauce, vote for your favourite
ribber, visit some of the many vendors, midway and booths,
and enjoy great entertainment.
